		<description>&lt;p&gt;Thanks for posting this.  I know it wouldn&#039;t have been hard to look up, but I&#039;m lazy.  But it did irk me (despite my pride of ownership) to see the billboards claiming &quot;North American Car of the Year&quot; without saying according to &lt;em&gt;whom&lt;/em&gt;.  According to me? Sure.  But I don&#039;t carry much clout in the auto press.  Billboards didn&#039;t even have a visible footnote.  Usually making such a claim is accompanied by such info (e.g. MOTORTREND Car of the Year)&lt;/p&gt;
