Cool New Japanese MINI Mods

[Update] As has been discussed in the comments of this post CTD-Germany carries most of these same peices at better prices. The good news is I just spoke with someone from CTD and they will ship to the United States and worldwide.

There are tons of new, seemingly well designed MINI mods at Gut-MINI.com. These Japanese parts looks much nicer than many similiar items I've seen on the US or UK market. I'm not entirely sure how one would go about ordering and getting things shipped to the US but I assume it's possible. Of course it's easier if you speak Japanese :)

My Japanese is pretty rusty, but I emailed them to see if they'll ship internationally. I'll let you know. I really like those floormats and the speedo insert.

I got friends in Japan they have check for me, it is hard to ship over here, too expensive. But it is possible, you just need to talk to the right dealership. but they have a lot of more cool stuff on line in MINI Japan. The best thing to shop in Japan are accessorise. like cell phone holders for MINI and a lot of more, they all custome fit in the MINI. Again, it will be better to find someone speak Jap.

Ah the CTD site. This gets my vote for the worst usability of 2003. Too bad to because they've got a many of the same pieces that are on the Gut-MINI site at better prices. Thanks for the link Steve! (FYI this site doesn't show the entire lsit of items unless you are using IE)

I know its been a while since the last post, but I saw the mini speedometer and tach set and for me its a must have. The translation of their site went well, until I clicked order and I was brought into some sort of shopping cart subscription service. Did anyone succesfully get the Mini speedometer and tach set outside of japan? Please contact me asap. Thank you.
