Here's an email I just received that may be of some interest (especially to those in Southern California):
“I am the creator of V.S. Paddle-shift Retrofit kits for BMW steptronic. I am in the midst of working out a kit to retrofit the paddles for Mini CVT in the US market. Feel free to visit my website at: bmw-paddleshift-retro.com
