The sideskirts are also bigger(+/-30mm more), and the skirts round the wheels are also differend.

See this story for all the details. The quick answer is yes there will be other changes. What for certain we don't know but it's a good bet that the interior will change somewhat along with some slight exterior modifications.

I doubt that's a prototype for the 2005 MINIs. It looks more like a test car to me.
