XM Radio Installation on a MINI

This bit of info came in recently from a reader of the site:

“Fantastic site, I've found lots of information here in the two months before I took delivery of my 2004 MINI last week. I recently installed the new XM Radio system, XMDirect with BMW/MINI Blitzsafe adapter included, and put up some pictures with simple directions. If it would be useful to anyone else in the MINI community, I'd love for it to be added to your How-To Guides section.

Yes, using the Blitzsafe adapter mentioned in the how-to, you can.

Does anyone know if you can use a Sirius tuner with the Blitzsafe? Would it be functional at all? Are there any other (hardwired) options for using Sirius other than my dealer?

I am installing the Commander on my motor cycle. Since I am connecting to a intercome instead of a radio I dont have an car radio antenna tio connect the antenna relay to. What should i do?

I am attempting to install xm radio in a 2005 Mini Cooper convertible. Can the factory Sirius antenna be used? If so, does anyone know where the lead is? If not, does anyone know a decent location for the xm antenna.
