Orange Inside and Out

MINI2 has a couple of new photos showing for the first time the new orange color being offered exclusively on the MINI Cabrio. Also in the photo is a close up of the rear hinges that will allow the rear boot to be opened tailgate style ala the original Mini. Further we finally see evidence of the color coded dash that's been long rumored.

It would appear that this color is either an exact copy or very similar to the orange MINI that was shown at the Paris Auto Show more than three years ago.

I always thought that an orange Mini/S with a white top would be sweet. I've seen a concept somewhere before and now for the life of me cannot remember where… :)

If i ever win the Cal lottery I'm going to buy a new MCS/JCW and have Mini paint it Nissan ExTerra….Just Blue.

Cool! If it's like VW's Snap Orange, I'm liking it. They gotta do something about that whip antenna though. Can you imagine driving top down with that thing sticking out like that? I'll be staring at it while driving ;)
