New 2004 MINI Accessories

Hey Gabe. Kudos on the new name! (not that there's anything wrong with Bridger :) Was wondering if you've heard rumors of a vastly expanded JCW accessory line. I'm interested in a JCW cat-back exhaust, if it should become available. I had a chance to drive a JCW fitted MCS recently, and the exhaust note was tremendous (bit deeper than stock, but only slightly louder).

I spoke recently with a higher-up at MINI who said that they are trying to get together a full catalog of JCW performance parts to offer a la carte to MINI owners. When asked if the prices would be comparable to what's currrenty out there he said “they better be!”

I would assume the wheels and the carbon fiber dash are the first parts of this catalog.

Gabe: Do you know if the blue tooth kit can be installed in a '03 MCS? Will it have voice activation for dialing out?

Gabe, I would like to see this in my MINI 03. Also, in UK they have this and if you use you cell phone the stereo goes to a mute mode.Do you think will be aplicable to US?. It is a safety issue.

1)Will the bluetooth system intergrated with the navagation ststem and what can I expect from it.2) In this Motoring file web site, you anounce that in 03/04 this when the bluetooth will be avaiable, are you runing behind of schedule? I have an MFS and I wanted to know what part will control the phone system, and will it be an caller ID across the navigation screen.

The “Special Air Filter” in JCW should probably be available from MINI as an aftermarket part. So is this like a UNIFilter, K&N, or is it an actual reworked airbox?

Hi,
I am about to take delievery of a 2005 mini cooper, and read with intrest that there maybe roof decals available for cars with sunroofs.
I have enquired here in the UK but can not find out any information on this.
Can anyone help?
