Such reviews are a welcome sight to MINI owners since it serves to increase our resale value! Thanks, NY Times!

If I could have waited to get a convertible I wouldn't have gotten the regular S, but reading articles like the one on motoringfile and the NY Times it makes me reconsider going back and getting the convertible

I've had my MCS-C for three weeks now and most of the comments I get on it is the coolness of the sunroof feature. Several people thought the sunroof was the only feature until I put the whole roof down -- they are all speechless afterwards... like they never saw a convertible car before :-))

Funny thing about the rear roll bars. Many people have issues with the lack of visibility. After three weeks of driving, I got used to it (made good use of those side mirrors). Prior to the MINI, I owned an SUV. Tell you what, if I put up the back seats combined with sitting up high, you don't get to see what's behind you either. And my 2003 Chevy didn't have those fancy backup sensors and it was longer too!

Suggestion to MINI Engineering Department, make the warning sound for the backup sensors in stereo. If something is on the left, put the sound on the left. If in the middle, then use both speakers. Let me know when the upgrade is available. ;-)
