I'm not one to complain and by no means do i hate this concept it looks the nuts but i recently had to pay for a new lower half of the front bumper on my cooper and if that concept goes ahead with a full one piece front bumper/ bonnet (hood) i hate to think how much it would cost to re place the whole thing!!

I like it. One little detail: since the car is so recognizable, is it really necessary to put the MINI wings IN the hood scoop? :^P

7th pic from right shows the side view of the steering wheel. I wonder if the indented area with elongated button is the horn?

I hope the doors open wider than shown.

Also want to knock back my UGLY statement from above to style challenged.

I see a lot of really nice conceptual looks to what may be the new wagon. I think they, doors, interior ETC, have been very well thought out. I understand all about the new Euro Ped laws................but for my money it has the look of the Volvo 444, of my past, amongst other dreadful early autos. Yes......... the original was a blunt nosed vehicle with a face only a mother, as I did, could love.

To each his own.........and I may change my opinion when I actually see the final version... but as of now WOW it's butt ugly. It won't get my money. All the trick doors and such in the world can't make up for a ugly.

TJ it's the wagon that is pictured.

I like the front end -- It's more blunt and the headlights more slanted. Almost looks Porsche-like. Still not sure I like the looks of a longer MINI. It reminds me of how awkward the Envoy XL looks -- Somewhat disproportionate.

What degree do I need to work hard & spend my time smiling alongside this MINI crew?

Boy, this is taking me back to the first time that I saw the MINI. I was okay with it but just ho hum. The more that I learned about it and saw what they did to make it and the care that they took to come up with something ingenious and practical made me love it even more.
I just can't wait for the AWD version!(If you think it enough it WILL happen.)

Wow. I love to see the milled steering wheel. Amazing. I attend it Art Center this summer to polish my milling skills and knowledge and have to say that the precision that the automotive industry goes by is 1000th of an inch impressive.
Very nice.
