He's a professional driver having driven in Europe at long distance races at Nurburgring etc. Watch out for this flying Kiwi. So where is our neighbouring country Australia? They're husband and wife, they both own their own MINIs (he: CB MCC, she: DS MCSC), and the wife is Italian so it was a no brainer (combined visit with the family).</p> <p>In any case, we all in DCMM are very excited for them! They shoulda given some credit, a lot, actually, for the '60's successes to Stuart Turner, who took over from Chambers as Team Manager. Like many of the best people at BMC, he came from MG, which is where all the racing and rally cars were prepped. Turner was the Alfred Neubauer of rallying - very organized and thorough, he was the first great Rally Manager, imitated to this day.
