I had some “bling” added to my MINI last fall; one of which was the MCS Door Sill lights. It was a bit pricy to get installed by the dealer, but they are way cool. I couln’t think of a better way to blow my bonus $$$ from work. Besides, the chicks are impressed, and that’s all that matters. hahaha

It’s cool – I am not handy enough to even consider attempting a DIY like this. I cannot justify spending the money on the parts and labor involved with having the dealership do it. So instead, I will appreciate from far.

I have them – the illuminated JCW ones (now called illuminated “Entry Strips” according to the JCW website – stupid name, huh?). They look FANTASTIC, and I love them… but yes they cost way, way too much, especially for the labor on install. Only for the seriously nuts… like me. :D
