To race one needs to have a racing license. Be it from SCCA, or from Phil Whicks Driving Academy. If your MINI is ready to race. Roll hoop extinguisher and a couple of other mods, and you are unlicensed, I understand that you can take the school the day before the race and then get a provisional license to run the next day. I say provisional because you are watched and if you aren’t staying clean etc, they can prevent you from running. Generaly from the SCCA you have to attend two driving shcools to quaify for the licensure.

How about a class break down of the results. I wonder if Walen Hunsucker was the only one in his class again.
