Driving a MINI Through the USA in 80 Days

Terence was born in Belfast and has been living in New York. He had this idea about visiting as many small towns in the United States as possible in 80 days, and he has been chronicling his journey.

I wandered the various streets and avenues and was surprised by one thing above all else. While I expected the 20 year olds to be drunk and loud they were NOTHING compared to the 50 year olds! Without a doubt, the worst behaved and most drunk people in New Orleans were the baby boomers there for the weekend in multiple couple groups – they were all wasted. Even at 11 o’clock in the morning there were grey haired and balding men shouting at each-other and waving their cocktails in the air. Bizarre.
