Nice pictures, I’m liking the MINI Madness MINI! Looks sick. Was listening to AMVIV Live over on MotoringFun.com and it sounds like they are having fun besides some issues.

I went up Friday around 10:15 am. I was not registered for this event just wanted to see what all fuss was about and also see the vendors area. I got there around 3:30. I lucked out and got a room at the Palace Station for one nite, a tad pricey but it’s a bizz write off.
I parked with the most MINI’ I’ve seen since The Monterey Historics, last year. I guess I missed Gabe & Company. All I saw was a banner with WRR stuck on a fence. Saw some kickn’ MINI stuff at the different booths, a guy from Tennessee, myminiac.com, selling some very kool t-shirts and met up with the folks at the SCMM club booth or lounge as they were calling it.
Since I wasn’t register with the event I went to dinner at Spago in Caesars Palace but was back just in time for the cruise down the strip. That was fun! I did see some of my GP T-Shirt customers (Andy L & Jim G) who are the best. I gotta say 90% of the MINI people I have met are just really nice people.
Next year I’m going to have a booth and do the whole thing, I missed out on a lot of fun and new clients. I left for home around 10 am Saturday with a lunch stop at In-N-Out. Got home a tick over 3.5 hours with moderate traffic. (269 mi) Ran a few stretches at a buck twenty five. Radar detector was very active all the way up and back
All who can should do this event it looks like a blast.
