MotoringBadge’s June Update

We’ve got quick update on MotoringBadge availability. First off yes, both are MINI United and MINIs on the Dragon badges for 2007 are back in stock! As expected, our production of MINIs on the Dragon 2007 badges sold out quickly at last month’s MOTD leading to bidding wars and offers of “interesting” trades. However you can now pick them up at the always low price of $7.50 right here.

For those who are new to the MotoringBadge scene, the badges are magnetic and designed to be used with MINI’s official grille badge holder or several 3rd party holders. They are made from high-quality materials featuring a glossy finish with UV protection that will not fade in the sun. You can get a single badge for $7.50 and a set of six for only $37 (bottom of each page). And for those who have no more room on their grilles we also offer high-quality decals of each badge priced at $4.50.

A Selection of The Classics

And of course we still stock all the classics. Here’s a small sampling of the 100+ badges we have available…

And don’t forget our very popular R50 and R53 original Motorer badges. With the R50 and R53 MINI coupes now both out of production, they’ve taken on a greater meaning for many of us.

Badge Holders

Don’t forgot almost all our sponsors now offer a magnetic badge holder. Both CravenSpeed.com and Outmotoring.com now have their own grille badge holders. You can find information below on both of the 3rd party badges and where to get the OEM version if you prefer the tried and true original.

Outmotoring Grille Badge Holder / 17.95 (ships internationally / fits the R56!)

Craven Speed Grille Badge Holder / $16.95 (ships internationally / fits the R56!)

You can also get the OEM MINI grille badge holder (part #: 51 13 0 406 752) from the following MotoringFile sponsors:

MyMini: $14 (Ships internationally)

Morristown MINI $17.50

MINI of Manhattan $25

Patrick MINI $25

Prestige MINI$25

R56 Fittment

Yes MINI is releasing an official badge holder for the R56 in the coming weeks. However if you can’t wait until then be sure to check out bth Cravenspeed and Outmotoring’s badge holders. They’re designed to work with all MINIs and all MINI grilles

Just installed the OEM badge holder on my R56 MCS (DSC off Badge). Other than the difficulty of trying to reach behind the grill (and dropping one of the M4 nuts) the holder fits fine. Bonus – found that the dealer had misinstalled the driving light wiring, routing the wires over the bracket allowing a pinch versus under the bracket.

Astro Black MCS, White roof, yellow mirror caps, Helicopter graphic, Sport pkg, LSD, Good stereo, MFW, rear fog, driving lights.

Gabe, hat’s off to you man. I’ve been a big fan of your badge designs from the get-go and each addition gets better and better. Kudos.
