Interesting that none of the Clubman premieres (either at the auto show or through the released materials) seem to highlight the new chocolate color — when the cabrio was introduced, everything was HO.
How about a couple of close up shots of the rear diffuser on the JCW. A profile view of the splitter and diffuser would be great too.

I just now noticed that the “stem” from which the side mirrors stick out on the Clubman are Silver and not black….neat!! =)
The R55 looks right. Everything about the car is pleasing to the eye. It even look smore tidy and better finished than “the other MINI”.
Well, looks like my rear seat passengers would still have to have exceptionally short legs, unless they’ve added even longer rails for the front seats. Hopefully it’s longer rails…

My trusty assistant and I (Everyone give Jason a big hand for all of his help… especially for the ride, lol.) are back after a long day of walking. I find it interesting that the Challenge car is using AP Racing front brakes. I had thought they’d use something of their own design. I guess now this will lend some “official” clout to the AP Racing kit available to the aftermarket!
There is a hot chocolate/silver Clubman Cooper (or is it Cooper Clubman???) in the photos now, and it looks great!!!
Why couldn’t MINI have just dropped Cooper from the Clubman? 😀
The “Correct” naming convention is to add the Clubman designator to the end. So… there will be the MINI Cooper S Clubman, the MINI Cooper D Clubman and the MINI Cooper Clubman.
Another thing that I found today is that the configurator has a few glitches. Apparently your C Pillar must be the same color as your roof. The configurator showed the option of getting an Astro Black Clubman with Silver roof and Black C Pillars. The Clubman project manager (I forget his name) was called over to confirm this and he agreed that the configurator must be wrong.
Dont you have any photo of the Clubman S where we could see how the exhaust is?
I’ve ordered mine and I’m thinking in some exhaust mods… And I’d like to study and develop it! Hehe.

Sorry that I’m so late on this reply, but have added a few pics of the exhaust for you. It’s a single pipe down the center which gets split at a “Y” junction into the 2 mufflers.
