MotoringFile’s MINI United Video (Part 1)

I finally had a chance to throw something together that documents the first few days of my trip to MINI United last summer. This video is a look at the first three days in Germany and features the Nurburgring, the Autobahn and somebody named Sabine.

Due to Youtube, quality is a step down from the original HD source video, but I think it does a decent job in capturing the feel of those first few days.

Look for Part 2 to feature MINI United itself. In the meantime you can see photos of my day at the ‘Ring below:

Got to meet Sabine at Road America for Oktoberfast. What was Sabine driving on the ring? Love to see her take a MINI around the ring–bet she’s done it.

A McLaren SLR 722 as seen in the last clip. She was filming a show for German television. This is her the day before getting driven around by a Mercedes test driver…

Great video! I intended to take my R56 Cooper S onto the ring after attending the Frankfurt motor show but unfortunately it was closed due to an accident and we didn’t have time to hang around.. Next time!

wow! only just noticed this, finally I get to see the chase-view of the lap with you and Axel behind me… but 9:30? are you serious?? IÃ‚Â´ve never timed myself, but I really didnÃ‚Â´t think I was doing under ten minutes! Any chance of getting to see the whole video?
