I like the reworking of the logo. Well executed, a subtle, but worthy improvement.

On one hand there's a whimsical and almost old-fashioned feel to the previous JCW logo that's simply hinted at with the new one. I can't believe I'm saying it but I almost miss that.

On the other hand the new logo cleans up some of the previous version's most egregious graphical issues and creates something that can lives across various mediums much more successfully.

Yawn.

Not a huge change here. A change in font and maybe a bit of shape. Honestly, I don't see this logo projecting any different message than the one that they had before (unless you count "We have so much money that we can afford to blow it on a branding consultant who couldn't think of anything else to do, so they suggested a slightly uglier font" as a message)

John Cooper Works

Synonymous with delayed release dates. JCW Auto Tuning kit by the end of 2007 and still waiting. Let's see if the factory JCW Car is available by June.

Great to see the Cooper name and traditions are honored and recognised. What has happened to the Cooper Car Company website that showed racing cars and history before the Mini?

Not too much different, now that MINI owns that trade mark. But, now a little difficult to find the John Cooper Car Company website.
