MotoringBadge’s Updated Spring ’08 Line-up

Today we’re releasing the first in a series of new MotoringBadge’s for 2008. However unlike some recent badges we’ve released lately, this new set has something for all MINIs – even those early adopting Clubman owners. As some of you may know for the recent US Clubman launch, MINI USA has given each of the three models unique names aimed at MINI enthusiasts:

  • ZIG = the coupe
  • ZAG = the convertible
  • ZUG = the new Clubman

We think they capture the spirit of owners and of the car itself. So we’ve taken the idea and run with it for six new magnetic badges and stickers.

And for a limited time we’re offering a set of any three ZIG ZAG or ZUG magnetic badges for only $19.50 and a set of stickers for only $12.00

Of course if you’re not into the zig zag and or zug you can always check out the more than 100 badge and sticker designs that are already on the site. If you don’t see something in this batch, we almost surely have something you’ll find interesting at the store.

mini For those who are new to the MotoringBadge scene, the badges are magnetic and designed to be used with MINI’s official grille badge holder or several 3rd party holders. They are made from high-quality materials featuring a glossy finish with UV protection that will not fade in the sun. And our badges have been tested everywhere from the high speeds of the Nurburgring, to weather extremes of Death Valley and the tundra of northern Canada. And remember, these are the original MINI magnetic badges with over three years of research, design and production behind them.

You can get a single badge for $7.50 and a set of six for only $37 (bottom of each page). And for those who have no more room on their grilles we also offer high-quality decals of each badge priced at $4.50.

A Selection of The Classics

And of course we still stock all the classics. Here’s a small sampling of the 100+ badges we have available…

And don’t forget our very popular R50 and R53 original Motorer badges. With the R50 and R53 MINI coupes now both out of production, they’ve taken on a greater meaning for many of us.

Badge Holders

Don’t forgot almost all our sponsors now offer a magnetic badge holder.

Outmotoring Grille Badge Holder / 17.95 (ships internationally / fits the R56!)

You can also get the OEM MINI grille badge holder (part #: 51 13 0 406 752 for 2002-2006 MINIs) OR (part # 51 13 0 443 374 for 2007-2008 MNIs) from the following MotoringFile sponsors:

MINI of Manhattan $25

Knauz MINI $25

Otto’s MINI $25

Prestige MINI $25

How about some badges for us service members? USAF, USMC, USA, USN, etc. Sheesh, I even took a good photo for ya’ll with a vehicle of over 25,000hp. Though the new ones will go with my JCW MCS very nicely.

Well done as always Gabe and Todd! I’ve taken to putting my unused badges on my ’79 Vespa.

The magnetic badges would be able to stick on the fridge right?

The magnetic badges would be able to stick on the fridge right?

They sure do. They’re not great at holding up papers or anything that you might stick to the fridge with a magnet, but they stay up there fine.

Yeah you could say they stick to fridges.

btw, can we have next and prev buttons on the page nav? I went through each page looking at the badges and after a while could never remember which page I was on. Not that hard to look up at the URL and see but next and prev would have been sweet. And in the meantime I’ll up my dosage of brain meds.
