Looks like the Clubman sales are off to a roaring start. MINI may need to reconsider the production mix.

Well I am a partial contributor to the sales increase in March. After sacrficing my P.O.S. Honda Accord at the altar of the snow gods in the blizzrd last month, I ordered my Chilli Red/Black R56 in March. It is complete and waiting for a boat. Considering the shipping lanes go thtough the north Atlantic and it is April [when the Titanic sunk], I really hope the captain of my frieghter keeps an especially sharp eye out for icebergs. Actually, they only count the sale when the car is delivered… so it sounds like you will contribute to their large sales increase in April! ;)

I think the Clubman has the potential to outsell the R56, but due to production restrictions, that won’t happen. MINI still needs to justify the R56s existence. ;)
