Even CPO worries me - there are a lot of things it doesn't cover. Lots of suspension components seem to wear out that are covered only under the 4 year/50k warranty. A quick survey of about 25 people in our local MINI club that sold 4 and 5 year old MINIs over the past year or so pegged at 50% for 5 yrs, and 60% for 4 yrs. on average, with trade-in values way below that.
