Actually, GMT is EDT +4, and BST is +5.

So... assuming you meant 9 CDT, that's 10 EDT, and 02Z, 03 BST.

GMT was a guess, but I think it’s right. GMT is supposed to be +8 hours to me, but with day light savings time, I get confused ;)
