Now, I don't know if those are cars that are already spoken for or truly sitting on the lot for sale. I will be heading over there next week for a service visit so it will be interesting to see how many cars are piled up there.</p> I guess maybe it’s good to have some optimism.

So they are expecting, on average, a small increase worldwide. Of course there are two things implied here.
