That baby blue R52-based 2-seater roadster is trippy! I bet it took a LOT of custom work to shorten it like that. Wow. Same goes for the pink classic Mini convertible. I wonder how they both drive with a REALLY short wheelbase?

Have fun guys! I’m jealous! I really wish I could be there. It has to be better than Miami last year.

There’s a nice proper pub across from Exeter College, Oxford called the Turl that’s worth a stop after touring the factory in Cowley.

Just got back from Alaska and Vancouver, BC. I had plan to go to MINI United but could not swing both trips so close to each other.

On the 5th Group at the MINI Club of Ireland stand, that’s me with the black R53 out front, and Ger in the back. Great fun meeting you DB, and glad to finally put a face to the name. Hope to see you in Ireland sometime, perhaps WRR could come to one of our famous weekend runs next year?
