@dr – yes, by an Austin 1800 for the most part, with a Land Rover for the rougher sections in Western Australia.

I was born in Sydney, Australia, and am very fond of “The Land of my Birth”. This is a great article and informs me about Australia like never before. The article speaks so highly about the quality of the MINI, and I am so glad I also own such a great automobile. Just a fantastic article – One I will want to print off and keep in my MINI file.
