The Tokyo Motor show has long been the show for the more outlandish concepts of the automotive industry. There’s something about the Japanese market that brings out a hive of free-thinking not typically seen elsewhere. That doesn’t mean there aren’t important debuts of actual production cars though as MINI chose the show to officially roll-out the new 2016 MINI Convertible.
