MINI USA saw dramatically increased demand the first three months of 2021. In total MINI USA sales are up 20% for Q1 0f 2021 with 6,285 vehicles sold in total. While COVID impact the final few weeks of March 2020 that still compares very favorably to 2020 which only saw 5,237 vehicles sold in the same period.

Clear winners were the F56 hatch and Countryman which continue their sales dominance within the range. Also up was the F57 MINI Convertible which saw almost a 40% increase.

MINI USA Sales: Pre-Owned Vehicles

  • MINI USA Certified Pre-Owned sales totaled 2,727 vehicles during the first quarter of 2021, an increase of 10.7% from the same quarter a year ago.  
  • Total MINI Pre-Owned sales were 5,963 vehicles during the first quarter of 2021, an increase of 6.7% from the same quarter a year ago.

In both cases supply was the most limiting factor.
