It may not be “the” MINI Wagon but it is “a” MINI Wagon. It's been designed and built by Carrozzeria Castagna, a high-end Italian coach builder. The concept is based on the old Austin MINI “Countryman”. You can find out more here – that is assuming you can either read or figure out Italian 🙂
As someone mentioned on a MINI2 thread – if you have to ask about how much it is… you probably can't afford it.
You can see some screen shots of the flash site here.

I LOVE those interior treatments. Really adds even more “class” to the car. Replaces a lot of the plastic look. Esp in the door panels.

They need an english language site.

The other car they are showing on their website, the Rossellini, is a one-off modification of one of the new Ferraris (sorry, I don't really keep up with what they are producing besides F1 cars these days). I agree, if you have to ask, you can't afford it. I would bet that their mods are factory quality or better.

Wow, great job. We can all hope that MINI is planning the same thing.

Castagna may be a high end coachbuilder, but I really don't see a market for this little gem, unless they make it reasonably priced. These Italian specialists have made some great little cars over the years for limited production, and it would be nice if they make this somewaht affordable. I'd go for one! – with barn doors o'course.

Mini should definitely make this model! Maybe make it a four-door if possible.

I think the “wood” is a little too retro, but the “plain” would be great. Having a little utility in a small vehicle is very desireable. This would sell well, I'm sure.

I'd get one — perhaps go go with my Mrs. Pickle (BRG with green leather, white top & wheels).

Forget the car!! Where can I get such a fancy outfit?! LOL

So how about a MINI pickup or an Elf or Hornet version. Maybe even a Moke.

What does it actually cost?

Wow! – A fantastic car but I haven’t seen any on the road and it reminds me of our H registration 1969 Mini Countryman that my parents sold to a car restorer who sold it to Japan (for a great deal of money!).If this car can fit two English Pointer dogs my Mum would be very intrigued or interested.Where can I get a brochure of this great retro-styled range of cars? Is it also true that BMW Mini could launch a new Mini Clubman soon?
