As you may have seen, restaurant chain Ruby Tuesday is currently running an ad for their mini hamburgers that features MINIs. One of the folks that created the ad has a small but interesting mention of the ad on their weblog:
[ Orphanage Wraps Ruby Tuesday Spot ] ProLost.blogspot.com
Am I the only one who has yet to see this commercial? I came close once but just missed it. If only my DVR could just record ads.
I look forward to seeing it…but he says it is to be run during the super bowl? I see his post is from february but I don’t remember seeing any RT ad during the super bowl. Hopefully we can find a copy online.
I actually saw this earlier this week…having trouble remembering what I was watching but it might’ve been a baseball game. I just remeber wondering if it was an official product placement type of ad or whether they just liked the concept of meshing mini burgers with MINIs. Anyhow I thought it was a pretty good spot…certainly so for those who own or admire MINIs.

Speaking of meshing mini burgers with MINIs … It’s not a MINI but check out [miniburgers.com](<a href="http://www.miniburgers.com" rel="nofollow ugc">http://www.miniburgers.com</a>). I designed the graphics for the Miniburgers mini.

I finally found it, thanks to mini2.com
Click <a href="http://www.brouillard.com/memorable.html" rel="nofollow">HERE</a> and select Ruby Tuesdays under the “Select A Client” drop-down. It is video #2.

My girlfriend and I have been looking for this add online since she saw it on TV a while back. It finally showed up at:

Gotta love the MINI 😉
I kept trying to see some mini hamburgers in that ad but all I saw was 4 wicked MINIs and a tight shiny jump suit. Were there supposed to be hamburgers in that ad?
Josh – it did run during the SuperBowl, but only in select markets.
Hey all, director of the spot here. Thanks for the kind words and the traffic! It’s now up in a longer, more miniliscious form on The Orphanage’s new commercial productions site. Check it out!
