MINI USA Press Release: MINI USA reported a 30.4 percent decrease in January sales, to 2,050 cars compared to 2,944 cars sold in the same period a year ago. The all-new MINI Cooper and MINI Cooper S hardtops will go on sale February 17th, and sales reflect the lower inventory associated with the model changeover.

I think it’s impressive since they essentially only have two models [‘vert MC & MCS] to sell instead of the usual four [+hardtop MC & MCS]
Rye I think they also are counting hardtops that were sent to dealerships (the last big shipments) in these sales.
Lots of people holding off on the 06’s for the 07’s.
I did my part and bought one,:D
