As you would expect AE doesn’t have anything vaguely original to say that you haven’t read on MF before. But it’s a nice wrap-up of the event:
>Carrying fluorescent, graffiti-style tagging, it certainly stands out – with a complete lack of disguise. In keeping with previous Mini Country man and Traveller estates, the Club man features an extended two-door body similar to that of the Traveller concept, which was seen for the first time at the 2005 Frankfurt Motor Show.

So AE thinks the suicide door will be placed on the passenger side of the vehicles. Hmmm… if they could do that why not just offer the doors on both sides?
Having the suicide door on the right or left side, not just the right would be quite expensive. Two sets of tooling would be required for everything involved in the switch,(glass, sheet metal, plastic trim, rubber trim, wiring harness etc.). Also production complexity would go up due to additional fixturing and whatnot. I also expect that this would double the number of crash tests the vehicle is subjected to (two different frames). Lots and lots of euros and pounds.
