More in our continuing MTTS 2008 coverage. This time, Todd and I talk from Road America!
We got the chance to talk to some listeners and about the event. I think you’ll enjoy this. I have since talked to Todd on the phone and he tells me he has some great stuff coming up for you later in the week, including an interview with the man that has the highest mileage MINI in the United States. Just arrived back into Cleveland from MTTS Chicago ’08 and what a great time. I met some great new people and was very glad to finally meet Todd. Got the White Roof Decal (now proudly displayed)! Life is good. The drive out of Chicago was “challanging” to say the least, and after going the wrong direction on Hwy 67 for a half/hour, the CLE Trio made it in time for the Parade lap. Not what we ALL thought it would be, but a good photo op and chance to talk to more owners. Thanks to you for covering the event and to MINIusa for spending the time and money to appreciate us Miniacs. Cheers.

It was great to get to see Todd live and in the flesh. He actually interviewed me briefly when he heard I listened to him and the guys while I was in Iraq. I am also proudly displaying the WRR sticker in my window. I will say though that you guys cheated by taking a “better” route to Road America. Motoring is about togetherness, guys, good or bad. Or am I just jealous? 🙂 Thanks to MINI for a fun weekend!
