Can’t tell you the myriad of car ads that 10 seconds after viewing them they are forgotten. Not this one. Made me laugh–twice. Clever advertising for a unique car.
Very odd….. I wonder where they are running these different ads? I don’t ever remember seeing any TV ads for Mini here in San Francisco. Maybe because there’s not much need to advertise here, since we probably have the most Mini’s per capita than any other American city.
I don’t know what to make of it, other than I thought it had to be one of the dumbest commercials I’ve ever seen. I even find the “Head-On, apply to the forehead!” commercials are less annoying & more entertaining than this.
pretty good I think… cemetary scene a bit long, and the Matrix come-on at the end could have played out a bit longer… but clever, and well made. Thumbs up from me 🙂
What makes this a commercial for Clubman? They could have tacked on any model of MINI at the end. For that matter, what makes it a MINI commercial? Just replace the last few seconds with VW or any other brand.
LOL … those fly costumes probably made this the largest budget MINI commercial ever!
It was a little weak though. The punchline was obvious 10 seconds into it.
… right down to the Robot Chicken ending.
Hahaha!
Eh, not great.
Don’t know if this one has been posted here or not, but I like this MINI commercial much better.

Yeah, that could have been timed a bit more cleverly. If we had more Clubman diecast they’d have a great hearse!!
Both are fun.
GOKARTRIDE… Huh?
Is today April 1st?
I sure hope no one paid much for that…. What a freakin waste of time and money…

Very weird… but unique and funny. I liked it. 🙂
The grocery cart one is great too – first time I’ve seen it. They should show that one here in the USA!

What was MINI thinking?
I actually found it clever. I love the Clubman but have never cared for any of the ads. The pinball one is just plain weird.
It’s not the coolest ad ever (or as cool as that parking lot one), but it’s kind of neat.

Weird, but funny.
“DR O”, Wow, you must be a very conservative person. Didn’t seem that bad or offensive to me but, I like eggs, so go figure.

It wasn’t that bad, but I still like the dueling banjos commercial better

What is this “dueling banjos” MINI commercial you speak of? I’m thoroughly intriged 🙂
