Yeah, a heady claim. But we aim to back it up with over 400 photos of the new MINI Crossover. For full details on the R60 and our review, click over to the MotoringFile R60 section. And don’t be afraid to dig into a few pages, there are lots of details on the car that stretch back since the launch six months ago including some behind the scenes shot at the recent photo shoot and a look at the earliest design sketches.
The full gallery is above. The new photos are after the break. And be sure to check out the behind the scenes photos on pages 5 and 6 of the gallery below.

Gabe, you are watching to much Top Gear “…in the world” :-)

No one has come up with what the MSRP is going to be on a Mini S Countryman yet, anything firm yet?

Thislooks better and better. Mini connected looks great. The nav ui looks better too. Love the LEDs lights on that center rail. Cool headlights. Not sure if it will get adaptive ones. Looks all connected into one piece. But I think the normal xenons looks different than the adaptive ones on the r55 r56 and r57. Cool countryman!

Nice gallery Gabe! Got any more? ;)

I like everything on this car except for exhaust chrome tips. Way to small for the car, when I first saw them I thought OK they must be prototypes but now they are on the finished product come MINI bigger exhaust tips.

I can’t believe they did the rear corner window with the funky angle at the roof line. When viewed in profile it matches nothing and angles up. What happen to flowing lines?

The rail thing is going to be optional, right?

It looks like a torture device for the backseat passengers.

Can you say wheel gap?

Why does the back-end look like they borrowed it from a Mazda —- Zoom, Zoom….

For me, seeing more and more of this is not making it look better and better. On the other hand the Prodrive design is a gallery (in the same setting as page 1) that’s really anticipated. I know the new Configurator is almost here, but so far I’ve only located one photo of the Cooper refresh and it was a Cabrio. The new Cooper front end, IMO, looked great compared to the ‘S’. Why not a little more of the whole range? I’m sure it’s coming too, but so’s Christmas:)

Dear Gabe, this Uber group of countryman photos clearly shows a countryman in BRG II with a white roof. However as I click around the configurator at the Mini UK site, BRG II is not an available color for the Countryman. Do you know if BRG II will be a countryman color in the US? Do you know if Lounge Leather – Light Coffee available on the UK site will be available in the US as well?
