It’s the dawn of day two for us; Indy to St. Louis. MINI is saying it’ll take 6 hours. We’re guessing it’ll be more like 3.5 with our Valentine Ones.
We’ll be updating the Flickr set above so check back throughout the week for new photos. Also check back for driving impressions of the MINI Countryman on US roads and maybe even a quick spin in the 2011 Cooper S.

The Countryman is one good looking car.

wow, blue countryman looks great…

Like seeing the various Countryman colors. It would be awesome to get some side-by-side pictures of an R56 coupe, next to a Clubman, next to a Countryman. (Small, Medium, Large).

I think I’ve seen a mockup of just such a picture… or was that just the hardtop and Clubman? Hmmm….

Real world feed back is highly anticipated. A cross country trip, with hours and hours behind the wheel reveal a lot in a few days.

I like the Spice Orange…..alot!!

To say the Countryman is one good car is to say the Elephant Man was one good looking guy.

I sat in the Spice Orange Countryman at Motorwerks Mini and I fell in love with it. Great job Mini, you did it again!

For the record there’s no orange on the Countryman. However the red on the Countryman is almost tomato red.

the new Countryman is really a surprise for me. I was here just waiting to say it wasn’t right, but I can’t. Mini/BMW hit it right with this one, except it is out of my price range. They think the JCW is expensive, price an All4 Countryman. Right, that’s where they missed it, I think.
