The announcement has been made on MINI United’s official Facebook page. No details are available yet and no we can’t spill anything (yet). But we can tell you it’ll be a little sunnier than 2009’s MINI United in England.

JonPD, I’m pretty sure you are right. They announced Spain when I was at MINI United in the UK last year. I had a lot of fun but I have no plans and really no desire to go to there.

Might want to reconsider that fttupwmcs, I have had the pleasure to visit Spain several times over the years and love the people. Hoping they release the dates soon so I can figure out how to go again. Especially since I am betting the Twins will be in attendance.

Um, I went to Silverstone on the Sunday and I think you’ll find it was ruddy hot – I was with a friend from California and one from Sydney and both commented on the heat.
That’s quite enough British patriotism for one night.

May 19-22 – Gran Premio de España de Formula One.
Next weekend (May 26-29) is free. At least according to the official website of Circuit Catalunya.

I made the mistake of mentioning MU to to my wife. Spain, the south of France, both sound good to her. Might pack up the bike and make it happen.

Spain

It will be a long trip from Denmark, maybe twicw as long as the trip last year to Silverstone, but I would love it :-)

Yes, spain was announced last year. So i guess not so breaking news.

Is the whole MotoringFile/WhiteRoofRadio crew going to attend the event?

I’m sure some of us will be there. As for the whole crew, valiant efforts will be made.

Knowing the time frame would help more than location, for planning purposes.
