Well, that didn’t take long and someone in Munich is going to throw a fit. Although the internet debut of the F54 Clubman is scheduled for tomorrow 10am EST, a [French MINI dealer](http://www.minihorizon.com) just published photos of the latest MINI on their Facebook page. As anticipated, the exterior design is very close to the concept presented at Geneva last year. We’re also quite happy about the front treatment of the S. As far as the interior is concerned, it differs from the F56’s/F55’s in a few ways and is in line with the additional room available in this new Clubman. Go ahead and feast your eyes while waiting for more details and photos tomorrow. Hat tip to our man [Todd](http://www.motoringstripes.com) for spotting these on Facebook!

I was, and still am trying so hard to like the F series but it just doesn’t work. The bloated look is so unappealing, and size is almost as Renault Megane… The R56 had so much beauty in it, and continued the looks of the 1st gen so well, but nowadays the brand has lost it for me. Just an opinion of course, so sad about it.

Totally agree. I never thought they could design a back-end worse looking than the paceman or the f56… but they have! Those tailights, why so big!?

I still think MINI is getting too big. BUT, as a design execution, I think this is a lot more sound design proportionally and conceptually as “Clubman” the station wagon in the lineup compared to F56. I still want to see the S variant front face/lower bumper area better though.

From the previous news, we might be expecting a JCW variant in near future. If my family situation requires bigger car when it comes out, I’d choose F54 JCW over other MINIs as we know today. I’d consider other makes, but I think it will be next to impossible to find a manual transmission “performance” station wagon in the US other than MINI (and maybe Subaru?).

Too big, yes. But it is family friendly and maybe that is what BMW is going for. It does look nicer than the rest of the F lineup. The tail lights don’t look cartoonish and the front has less overbite.
I won’t buy one. I’m waiting for the MINI Minor (Rocketman)

I’ll wait for the hi-res photos to dig in deeper. These honestly didn’t get my blood pumping as I was hoping, I NEED a larger car like this if I come back to the MINI brand.
I have a feeling marketing will be more upscale geared as well rather than towards the single urbanite like the first gen Clubman received.

Hopefully there will be enough suckers, I mean first adopters ;^) who trade in their R55s for this new clubman. I am in the market for a gently used R55 JCW! I don’t need a wagon of this magnitude. Just need a slightly stretched R56 with barn doors.

wow, those are some BIG hips on that thing!

Those taillights are hideous! Need a retrofit that minimizes the size like the camo test mule.

They are so big, because they have space they need to fill up!!!

Holy schnikes! Damn, that looks good!

I love most of the car, but the taillights need to go. If they throw an All4 on it I will sell my Countryman.

Too big for me, but it looks nice. It has “upscale” written all over it. I wonder what the pricing will be like.

Love the ‘Spitfire Wing Profile’ inspired dashboard. Nice touch!

That’s some serious wheel gap…

Nope. Not a fan. Don’t like it. It looks like a miniature station wagon. I love the suicide door on my ’14
