Oxford England, MINI’s production center is set to ban petrol and diesel cars from 2020 onward.

According to Autocar move is designed to reduce nitrogen dioxide levels in the city’s worst pollution areas by 74%, returning it to natural levels of pollution.

Coincidentally MINI is set to launch its first all electric model (which will be built in Oxford) in 2020.
