MINI Takes the States Details Released
We’re less than a week away from what looks to be the largest MINI event ever in the US and we’re happy to present you final details on routes and events courtesy of MINI USA. Both PDFs are available to view below:
We’ll be leading the caravan from LA (DB), NYC (Todd) and Chicago (myself & Chad). Now all that’s needed is you. It’s MINI’s goal to make this the biggest and best MTTS ever. So lets get a show of hands. Give us a shout in the comment section below if you’re planning to attend any of the MTTS festivities.
And if you see any of us during MTTS be sure to give us a shout in person. Here’s the official MotoringFile/WRR cheat sheet for spotting us:
– Gabe = Black MCS with JCW aerokit
– Todd = Red JCW Covertible
– DB = Red MCS with JCW wheels

<p>I’m coming up from far West Texas in my PW/B ’10 MCS hardtop. Will arrived at MITM check-in on Thursday and will attend both MITM and MTTS until I’m back on the road on Monday. I’m really looking forward to these events and I’m hoping that someday, they will rival events like MINI United @ Silverstone where there are several thousand MINIs/Minis. See y’all there!</p>
<p>How many are participating?</p>
<p>I’ll be able to attend only the SF event as I’ve spent this years disposable income on a new iMac and a September trip to London (with the MINI plant tour as part of that).</p>
<p>I have to say I’m more that a little disappointed that no one from WWR will be there.</p>

<p>Hmm… To Indy and Beyond!?! Starting in Indianapolis and since I’ll be drawing the comic strip through to Denver I should probably go… looking forward to seeing everyone and watch out you might make it into the comic.</p>

<p>It’s FUN TIME for MINIs once again, memories of 2006 all over again. Hooray!</p>
<p>I can’t wait!! I’ll be coming from Alabama to Atlanta to Indy and then back to AL. Would love to go further but have to get back to work!</p>
<p>Leaving from Tampa to Atlanta, Knoxville, Indy and St Louis. I wouldn’t miss the chance to lap IMS for the world! Returning home through Memphis and Birmingham. Going to make a run down Alabama’s 25 S (the Mini Dragon) on my way back home.</p>
<p>Starting more-or-less in DC, but we have to make a side trip to Philly enroute to Pittsburgh. Then on to Denver!</p>

<p>I just downloaded the East know-before-you-go PDF… So they’re not having an event where one can get an up-close look at the Countryman at every stop?</p>
<p>My schedule didn’t allow for the journey but I was under the impression that each stop would be used by Mini as an opportunity to showcase the Countryman. From the looks of the PDF, it’s only the points of origin.</p>

<p>Hi guys, I’m here in Denver. Looking forward to seeing all of you. Will be doing the Sat. events and maybe the Sun. Will have camera in hand.</p>
<p>Kansas City to Des Moines to Chicago to Indy to STL back to KC to Dodge City to Denver and back to KC a 2nd time. Total mileage, 2500+ mi. :-)</p>
