Take that J.D. Power!
What surprised me was listing the Honda Ridgeline as a Full Size Truck. Eh? I didn’t think it was big enough for that class.
It’s good to see some positive press about customer satisfaction. I was looking at the competitors in the “Small Specialty under $25,000” class, and overall satisfaction ratings were fairly close with the exception of the two leaders, MINI and the Mustang. I’m impressed that Ford has done well in customer satisfaction so early in the vehicle’s production run.
