One of our readers, Jimmy, created a video tribute to the R58 Coupe and we thought it would make a good weekend watch. It’s a little long, but well done. Enjoy!

Excellent! I have a 2012 JCW Coupe. I love the Coupe and hate to see it go. Fun to drive and I get more questions and compliments on it than any car I’ve ever owned.

Nice job Jimmy! If you think the handling is good on the stock suspension, I would highly recommend the JCW suspension on the coupe. I’ve got it on my JCW coupe. The car sticks to the road like it’s glued. Lots of fun.

Nice work, Jimmy. I don’t own a Coupe but your video certainly conveys the fun that we have with our Minis. I just traded in my 2010 Clubman S for a leftover 2014 Clubman S. Happy!

May I join you in congratulating Jimmy for all his efforts in putting this charming video together.

Having previously owned two R55 Clubman’s, I strongly suspect that in future it might become even more sought after and collectable than either the Coupe or Roadster.

I’ve never owned a car that prompted so many people so say things like, “Nice car!” and, “Is that half as fun to drive as it is to look at?” and, “Wow! That’s cute! I love it! What is it?” and of course the required, “Does the top come off?”

At least I get waves still from Coupe owners… the other MINI’s are rare.

wow! thanks Alex for the share and everyone! it’s the owners that makes it an even better car :)
