Seems no matter how you cut it, MINI remains a fairly unique package that combines fun, practicality, economy, good looks and comfort together with some darn good driving dynamics. Few cars hit all these point so well, and that’s why I think it is popular. One can hype a car endlessly, but it had better deliver to succeed, and MINI does. It’s a delicate balance, and if it weren’t for the very vivid driving dynamics of the iconic classic Mini to go on, the whole thing would have happened differently and we’d have our pick of small cars…but no MINI.
