The MINI Limo has landed downunder and Carsguide has the story. Here’s an excerpt:
Some laughed, some pointed and some Sydney onlookers performed amazing acts of skill to get their cameras out in time to get a picture of something hard to believe.
While most people normally try to see who is inside a limo, for those catching a glimpse of the 6m-long Mini Cooper S it was all about the car. Looks of sheer amazement were followed by grapples for mobile phones, cameras and even video cameras to capture the moment.

Here’s our original post on the MINI XXL for those that may have missed it last summer: MINI XXL Limo Debuts.

They talk of this being a MINI product. Wasn’t this the product of George Barris? Didn’t he have parts left over with which he created the push-me pull-you MINI?

Bob

It’s a MINI product in that they had it built. They didn’t to the actual building however.

Very cool – is it coming to the US?

Yeah, this thing’s pretty cool! I posted it on my page a few days ago.

I thought it was interesting that MINI actually made it.
