Hamburg, Germany might be one of the world’s cities with the highest density of MINI owners. And that is probably the reason why the local MINI Club "Chapter North" is once again organizing the Hamburg MINI Days. The event was started last year and the highlight was a record braking 5.6 miles long MINI parade.

This year’s event on August 26th is going to be happening in the heart of Hamburg’s St. Pauli district on the famous " Reeperbahn", which is Hamburg’s centre of nightlife and also the city’s red-light district. On show are sinful MINI Challenge cars and many very special MINIs. But pure pleasure is only achieved by going out for a ride and so there will special MINI city tours in and around Hamburg.

For those arriving on Friday, a special warm-up is planned. Then on Saturday all the action will be around an open event space on the Reeperbahn: the "Neue Spielbudenplatz". You can look forward to a MINI car wash, parts and accessories stands, the MINI Challenge Paddock, food and drinks, and an award for the most fancy MINI on show. Once the sun sets, the party begins with live music and some more specials we can’t tell you about yet.

All the latest news (in German) can be found at www.hamburg-mini-days.de where you can also sign up for the event.  If you’re planning to come to Germany for this great event and need help, feel free to get in touch with MINI2 Germany members in the international section of MINI2.info.
