Only some of the JCW items are available in the configurator and others are listed in the full list of options and prices, somewhat confusing. Also the convience package NA till March 09 builds, oh but you can get the items ala cart.
miniusa won’t let me forward my mother’s dream car to her. That’s a loss.
Safari 3.2.1. Award winning? What award. The “send to a friend” pop-up box will not register input. That’s a lot of work for not.
This is pretty cool! Obviously the website isnt quite perfect yet gmini & Dustin. After all, it did take MINI USA a year to get all the bogs out of the standard R56 hatch configurator.
To Brian:
The Convenience Pack is NA until March because of the rear-mounted bike rack prep, which has a start of production date of March 09 as well. Thus, you can get most other parts but not all. As far as I can tell, the Feature and Pricing sheet does only highlight a few accessories and is mostly about standard and optional features. I would rely on the Configurator for a more comprehensive overview about (JCW and non JCW) accessories.

Send to a friend is working for me. Are you sure you have your pop-up blocker switched off? The first few task windows for send to a friend are not true pop-ups (they don’t launch a new browser window). Once you logged in and named your car, you should see a true pop-up in a new browser window appear. That’s the window were you can type in your friend’s name and email address. If you never see this window, it means that you have your pop-up blocker enabled.
All I can say is it’s WAY to easy to price even a non-S Cooper cabrio over $30K. Adding that sweet hot chocolate leather and floor mats to a lightning blue an ‘S’ makes $30K unavoidable. Makes it tempting to save a few more months and go for a 128i convertible with European delivery.
Horizon Blue is now configurable across the entire range on the MINIUSA site as well.
I cant find the blacked out belt line option that was hinted at in some of the pictures, is that actually coming?
The Black wheels look great

Interchange Yellow looks like Golden Hell. Hope the fix it!
See the yellow in person , then make a call.

I call split pea soup. it sorta has a greenish tint in person.
Your dealer should have the color chips now. Mine does and it’s the last to get them.

Hmmm… the Openometer is standard? I remember reading previously that it would be an option!
Both the Cooper and Cooper S Cabrios show it in the cockpit without selecting any options.
