The 2020 MINI Convertible Sidewalk Edition is a well designed global special edition F57 that’s perfectly suited for this time of year. So to celebrate and perhaps lift some spirits, here’s the MINI Convertible Sidewalk Edition rolling through a street in full bloom.

Unlike US based special editions, the Sidewalk comes with a handful of unique options. From the exterior Deep Laguna Metallic to the unique seats, trim, wheels and convertible top, the Sidewalk is a gorgeous version of a car that already turns heads.

MINI USA has set pricing at $38,400 – a $5,500 increase over a bone stock Cooper S Convertible. Note that this isn’t a stripped out model at $38,400. Instead MINI USA has included LED Headlights, HUD, Comfort Access, power-folding mirrors, SiriusXM Satellite Radio , Harman/Kardon, Navigation, Heated Seats and a Getrag manual transmission. Yes manuals are back starting with March production on all F56 and F57 (with the exception of the JCW F57 Convertible). However, if your left leg doesn’t like the sound of a clutch, MINI offers its excellent dual-clutch transmission for $1,500.

The 2021 MINI Sidewalk Edition hits US dealerships late this spring provided the COVOID-19 shutdown doesn’t last longer than anticipated.
