MINI USA sales continue on their upward trajectory with a 5.9% increase in Q1 of 2023. In total MINI USA sold 7,284 vehicles in the first quarter of 2023, an increase over the 6,876 vehicles sold in the first quarter of 2022. It’s an incredible feat given the age of the model line-up (some nearly a decade old) and lack of higher range EVs in the line-up.
What models are the big winners in 2023? It’s an interesting because all numbers are up except for the brand’s sales leader – the Countryman. Why? Production constraints could be part of it. But the Countryman also plays in a market that’s much more crowded than the other products and is perhaps less insulated from the new models coming from rivals.
Regardless it’s downright incredible to see the F56 based MINIs doing so well a full ten years into the product life-cycle.
