Would it be possible to put a note next to the ones that are new? Or are they in order with the newest ones at the top or bottom?

Newst ones are always a the bottom of each setcion.

I know it's not your site, but several of the miniguide.org docs I tried to grab from here didn't come up properly. It appears the links you have from here have been changed.

I was able to go directly to miniguide.org and select the docs there…just an FYI.
