While it may not be as cool as the Mac Mini in a MINI, Intel is planning to display an ultra small PC installed in MINI for CeBIT 2005. Here’s more (tomshardware.com):

Intel is planning to display the “world’s smallest PC”. Intended for the car, it’s meant to be used in place of the radio in the standard-size car stereo slot, and to act as a “center for switching, entertainment, communications and navigation”. This project was put into action by the company EEPD, working on behalf of Intel. You’ll be able to see this solution in a BMW Mini, the first pictures of which we’re already able to show you.
