The launching of the new MINI Clubman was a great success: almost 16,000 units have been handed over to customers since its market introduction in November 2007. The MINI brand continues to generate a very high-value product mix. In total, 14.1% of customers opted for the MINI One, 59.6% purchased the MINI Cooper and 26.3% chose the MINI Cooper S.

Having just taken delivery of my Cooper Clubman on the 28th, I can add to this that my dealership – MINI of Fairfield County in Stamford,CT – has just had their best month ever since they first opened their doors! Great group there.
By the way, first impressions of my MCCa BRG/BLK are excellent!

It would be good to see a breakdown from specific countries. Of course sales will be up in new markets – like China and others who are on the up and up.

I think the Clubman has been the sales revelation of the year. I wonder if MINI would consider increasing its availability in liu of not cannibalizing R56 hardtop sales?

Looks to be world wide. 58k for a quarter is 232k for the year, that’s pretty much factory capacity. While the S outsells the Cooper here, it doesn’t anywhere else in the world, and that’s most of production.
